rev:text	A hangover's best friend can be found inside these four trendy walls. The first thing that brought me here was the fact that they carried Heart Roasters beans from Portland. Once they whipped out some coffee I knew I was in the perfect location for the area. While sipping on some delicious coffee they brought around free dessert samples (FREE!) to everyone. How they possibly stay in business giving away free dessert is none of my business but I will ride that gravy train until the closed sign shows up out front. The terrible crowd when I was there does stop me from dolling out a 5 star rating... which I get is a GOOD thing that people want to be here but they just don't seem to have any intention of learning how to handle a mass crowd. When you are popular, you need to figure out ways to turn tables better, faster, make room, be faster on your service feet. They also seem to him and cry too much about substitutions which always makes me roll my eyes as I walk away. I wish with my 2.5 years in the service industry I could of told people they couldn't of done that! A dream of mine at night I tell you. With all that said, the place has some room for improvement on the management/business run side but the dessert I sampled and some I stole from my friend were dynamite. Most of the food I understand is local grown and the presentation is top notch. Their is for sure a reason this place has been very busy every time I step inside the door. Give it a visit but plan plan plan to be there longer than you think. This most likely won't be a hop on, eat, out the door unless you are visiting at some odd hours or are the big asshole sliding in five minutes before close.
