  • I showed up a few minutes before the store was closing on a Saturday to drop off some directv equipment. The shipping was already paid for so it was a fast transaction. As I got out of my car I noticed one of the receptionists lock the door before closing. Once I got to the door and tried to open it and verified it was actually locked the receptionist guy ignored me knocking on the door. I knocked louder and he looked up and said sorry we are closing. I said it's not 4 yet. It didn't matter. When starting this review I noticed a lot of other terrible reviews. I guess ownership doesn't care or their kids are running the place.
