  • This place is my go-to when I'm in Vegas. I've also eaten at fancy places on the Strip, but I'll take Firefly over them! I've only had their tapas, drinks, and Big Bowl salad, but everything has been amazing. For tapas, I've tried: mushroom tart, chicken skewers, petite filet, stuffed dates, ham croquetas, apple and manchego salad, garden variety salad. Each dish has been beautifully presented with a tantalizing combination of flavors. Their sangria and Fly Mule are awesome too! Really, I don't think you can go wrong with anything here. I'll try their paella sometime, but can't seem to get away from the tapas!
