  • Sushi roku is one of my favorite sushi restaurant in the US. If you are in Vegas you must try this place inside the Forum shops at Caesars Palace. The sushi chefs are Masters creating some of the most creative and delicious dishes you will ever eat. The fish is super fresh and they have some really great specialty rolls. The crunchy tuna roll was excellent as was the salmon egg sushi and get this octopus suction cups filled with sake. Sashimi was great especially the scallops....very fresh. Go figure being in the desert.
