| - One of the most fabulous restaurant experiences I have ever had. Flew to Las Vegas from The Bay the first week of April. I called Echo and Rig a few weeks before after researching their stellar reviews on Google and Yelp. Every hostess that answered the phone was incredibly polite, engaging, and accommodating even going so far as to asking the correct spelling of the birthday girls name to enhance our experience. My friends and I arrived a few minutes late to our 7 pm reservation after a 20 ish minute ride from Planet Hollywood on the strip. The outdoor patio is not able to be reserved and is one of their most popular seating locations in the restaurant (heated patio that overlooks Tivoli square, really breathtaking when the sun sets.) Our party was seated on the patio and greeted by the upstairs host, the server, and even the manager. I, unfortunately have forgotten his name, but his introduction and subsequent questions about our stay and how honored he was that we came to celebrate at his restaurant truly made the experience. The food of course was outstanding. I had the skirt steak (melt in your mouth) and my girls had the Colorado lamb (moist, tender, and full of flavor). The delicious salted caramel sundae that was presented after the staff sung "Happy Birthday" was amazing! Creamy ice cream that wasn't too overwhelming and had lovely crunchy elements to it. All in all if you're debating about coming, don't! Make your reservation and let the staff and the food make your night one to remember. I think the best part is knowing that they've just opened a sister restaurant in Sacramento, Ca. So I'll be able to experience this wonderful restaurant again.
