Holy cow!!! What dispicable company this is! Just the next in line of big corporations cornering the market and then abusing consumers. Wrongfully double charged for my rental. Told them I should be refunded that money immediately due to it being a mistake on uhaul's part. Being told that can't be done. I have to wait the "3-5" business days for it to be refunded. What bag of bull crap! Such a lazy answer. There is always something that can be done. I am so tired of big billion dollar companies telling us that they can't do anything because that is just "their system". I have been battling with them to get my money back immediately and I will say that the customer service rep at the call centers have been very pleasant and at least willing to do what they can. But unfortunately they can't do anything. So uhaul just throws them in the front lines to deal customers that they screw over. I have no clue how it is good business to wrongfully take money from a customer and then tell them they have to wait to get it back. It is a disgusting and fraudulent system. I WAS a repeat customer. I will do everything possible to avoid using uhaul again. And all of you should too. I hate that makes me pick a star. Uhaul is not worth it
