  • Wow wow wow! I am an avid Banana Republic shopper. 90% of wardrobe is BR. I came to BR right as they opened because I had a bunch of returns. The entire staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I could have been viewed as an annoying customer especially right before Christmas, but nope, I was treated with so much awesomeness. I actually was telling my mom how awesome it was as we went grocery shopping. Two days later I received a note from the staff. An accident had occurred and I left my receipts in a bag I wanted to reuse. Debra B deserves to be commended as a fantastic employee. She was the one that assisted me with my returns and my new purchases. Along with her colleague who's name I didn't get. Please keep up the customer service BR, I will always love you.
