  • When we moved in to our new house with pool, we gave them a call to help us figure out how to take care of it. Michael came out to show us how everything worked, let us take notes and has been available as needed since that time. We have touched base by phone a few times and not had to have them return for a service call - we are DIY for pool care at this point. I did ask for some quotes on getting some work done on the pool, but we did not move forward with those, as we felt the prices were too high. However, in researching the quotes, I think all are too high, so we are going to continue to DIY for now. Would not hesitate to call them again if we need help.
