  • Alamo of the past where have you gone.... I used to be a loyal Alamo rental car fan, but lately there have been some real issues with this company, for starters the Kiosks don't work most of the time. I used to like the fast in/out service and knowing just what I needed to get on with my day. On this last trip to Las Vegas was just the worst, so we start off with the kiosk not working, I kind of expected this.... and then I get sent "upstairs" where I meet the pissed off Danial some rep asking if I'm an "Alamo Insider" I respond NO and his response is go down stars. What the eff I just came from downstairs where they sent me upstairs. So after getting through his rather snotty attitude and getting the real impression that Danial either hates his job or has no customer service skills what so ever. I finally get to go find my car and guess what no cars available, SO I wait for an additional 30-45 minuets in the 105 degree garage sweating like a pig and finding myself acting like Danial... In short so long Alamo ! never rent from you again.
