  • Service dept = 3 stars. Happy enough. Sales dept = 0 stars. Twice in 4 years I've come to ABC to buy a new vehicle. They've serviced my vehicles for more than a decade so I wanted to give them my business. They are a Van Tuyl dealership. Need I say more? Not a great customer friendly reputation. Twice now they've said one thing only to pull a last minute switch. Last night the price changed by thousands. Twice I've had cash in hand. Twice they've lost out. In a little over 10 years I've now bought 4 vehicles from the dealership in Tempe now called Autonation. Skip ABC, waste zero time at Pinnacle (sub par sales plus bad repair experience) and go to Autonation. ABC has called 5 times today and still not offered the price they had committed to in writing yesterday. Too late. Oh well. Bye, bye.
