  • My pup has been a patient of Arizona Animal Wellness Center for a little over a year. I called early this morning and they informed me that they would be able to get me in, but I would have to wait a while for the Vet to see us since we would be a walk in. I was completely fine with waiting, since I did not have an appointment pre scheduled and my pup was very uncomfortable. When we arrived I was very pleased with the new facility. It was very spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere right away. They got me into a room quickly, and frequently came to check on me and my pup during our wait in the room. Once again, I ensured them I was just thankful they were able to get us in so last minute. I was impressed that they continually checked in on us and gave us updates on the approximate wait time. When Dr. Elizabeth Mower came in, I was expecting our visit to be pretty quick since I knew she was in between regularly scheduled appointments. Dr. Mower genuinely surprised me as she took the time to make my pup feel comfortable, took time with me to explain the different possibilities of what my pup was experiencing, and explained the differences in medications thoroughly. She answered all of my questions and did not make us feel as though she needed to hurry. My pup connected with her and made her feel at ease. You could feel the genuine concern Dr. Mower had for my pup and myself and I couldn't thank her enough. The other thing I appreciated about Dr. Mower is that she explained what exams were necessary and which ones were not. She helped me pick out the most cost effective approach while still ensuring my pups health. Thank you Dr. Mower and the staff and Arizona Animal Wellness Center, you are appreciated!
