  • Beyond frustrated with this place. I go here to get my lashes done by Danielle and she is an amazing lash artist. However, their scheduling here is a MESS. There have been numerous times where they have scheduled me at the wrong time or was never even on the schedule when I know I had made an appt. I try to make appointments on my lunch break. For example, my appointment today was originally made for 11:45 when I showed up to my appointment they said it was at 10:30 and I missed it and I would have to reschedule. It's frustrating that I never get reminder calls the day before and my lash fills turn into full sets which cost more money and it's not my fault. The front desk keeps saying that they have a new computer system, and I get that it takes time to learn but it's extremely frustrating when this has happened at least 3 times. I work at a dental office so I get scheduling issues but this is ridiculous. I love Danielle and she has been doing my lashes for about a year now, I don't want to go somewhere else but this scheduling issue needs to be fixed. Updated review! Since this review they started doing confirmations texts!!!! Perfect and just what they needed! The scheduling has been on point too! Yay!! Also, thank you for listening to your customers! I think that's huge and shows signs of a great business! Thank you Beautif-eye! Can't wait to get my lashes done for the holidays!
