The biggest problem, however, was the rude staff members talking to us about the mystery flavors like my friends and I were 2nd grade children. It ruined it for me when the mean-spirited employee kept asking us what it was, but they aren't allowed to tell us.
My suggestion would be to drop the mystery flavor bit and train the employees to have some respect for the customers.
