  • Currently on hold with the circulation department while I write this review...going on 30 minutes on hold. Terrible customer service. My paper never comes on time and ends up sitting on my driveway all day. This is not only frustrating but dangerous. It tells people that no one is home. I have tried many times to get a supervisor to call me with no results. It looks like I'll be cancelling my subscription.
