  • I have had the worst experience with this company and have to share so that hopefully someone will avoid a colossal mistake. I purchased a new home and the sellers opted to use this company to treat the termites found during the home inspection, then we got the 2 year contract. Over the last 2 years the termites have only gotten worse at my home. The visible trails have spread from a few areas to throughout the home, inside and out. I will say, they came out when I called (after waiting the requisite 90 days between treatments) but I can't fathom what they were actually doing each time they came out, because it was not treating the termites. The hours I have wasted taking time off of work to meet these guys is infuriating. My contract is up now and I'm getting estimates and inspections from other companies who are aghast at the state my house is in after 2 years "treatment." I truly wish that I had just given up on this company earlier, because I'm now having to deal with the untreated mess they left behind. If there was a zero star option I would use it.
