  • It was hard for me to figure out how to get to this place. My navigation system couldn't find its exact location and there aren't clear signs from the main roads how to enter. This place is tucked in behind other large buildings. Signage poorly exposed. I've traveled far from out of town. The last thing I need is to get lost circling the place I'm trying to get to. Valet service was superb! Service men and women were very friendly. Welcome desk was friendly and clear. EXCEPT for her deceiving suggestion to see the Concierge. Their welcome packet is to offer you a "deal" for your next stay-- so... I haven't even seen my room and already you want more money from me!?!! I JUST ARRIVED!!! The Concierge I spoke with was too pushy and a horrible salesman. Didn't listen to me. Asked too many personal questions. He was a D*ck! DON'T GO TO THE CONCIERGE!!!!!!! Suite was perfect for a couple. All the necessary amenities. Clean rooms. Updated kitchen. Clean bathrooms. Fully stocked towels, etc. I would definitely come back. But I will never see the Concierge again. His approach was so distasteful and left a horrible impression on the entire place. Minus 1 star for Concierge. Minus 1 for unclear location.
