I have my receipt that shows a refund and no apology today for being served a drink with specks of blood or scabs floating at the top. I noticed the lady in the window laughing before handing it to me, which made me uncomfortable. So, after removing the lid I saw something disturbing. I am glad I didn't drink it. I immediately asked my husband to return it to the counter for a full refund as they made us park for our order because it was a really big one. I just asked for my money back and the manager just said okay and no apology. Before ordering the drink, I had asked if they had HI-C or juice or something other than powerade, but they said no, so it couldn't be another juice that spilled or splashed in it from the neighboring nozzle. I wish I had taken a picture because whatever it is, they had no explanation, and no apology. I hope and pray nobody gets sick drinking whatever the hell was in the powerade nozzle/drink machine.
