  • First of all, if you get Robin out on the job you will get complete service and excellent follow up. He came out a second time to help with the internet connection and had to call Liftmaster to get it work. Very diligent and tenacious on great installation results. The office staff were very polite and took the time to call me and make sure I was please with the result. It seems like they are working hard to correct their image (see all other reviews). That being said, like any other contract in the valley, we are learning that you must get past the sales pressure and negotiate hard for a great deal. I did and got a fair result. Don't just lay down on any contractor out here these days and just pay what they ask. Negotiate! And one more thing...uneasy about your home? I lock the entire house when I'm not there; if the workers don't understand or are offended, you picked the wrong group. If I allow one in to use the restroom, I don't leave until they exit the house. I openly locked my home when I had to leave...they completely understood.
