  • This place has the absolute worst sales philosophy ever. I contacted them after a home & garden show and tried to set up an appointment the first time. They insisted that both my wife and I be present for the initial quote this is not possible because of her very busy schedule. First we are shopping around for quotes from all the window companies so we aren't going to buy right away till we have an idea of cost and what we like so the presence of both parties is not necessary. Second in sales you should really want to get through the door first and then go from there. Don't set up road blocks for yourself before you even have a chance to make a sale it's a ludicrous policy. So after that happened I told them I wasn't interested because it really bothered me the way they handled it. Both my wife and I know what we are looking for and share the same view. Then they called back another time not realizing who I was to try and set up another appointment. So I called them to give them an honest answer why I didn't want to use them. They actually listened the second time I called not the first time that sales guy acted like "whatever". Then I gave it some time shopped around and called back again to see if things had changed, it didn't. So I can safely say I would never use them and would certainly not recommend them to anyone else.
