  • Ashley's furniture store in Champaign does very poor business. I do not recommend them at all. They have several hidden "add ons" to jack up your final cost, the salesman tells you a different date for delivery than the actual date listed, & when you are told they will mail the item to your home, they actually send it to the warehouse and make you wait longer for it. If you go in or call to ask questions or complain, they tell you someone in charge will call you, but they never do. I will never shop at Ashley's again. They have extremely poor public relations personnel, the delivery dept. is poorly organized, and at least one salesman, Rob, is dishonest and irresponsible.
