  • A few weeks ago we took our 3 year old daughter to our family dentist. He noticed her back teeth had cavities and said he was not able to treat them because she is only 3. I did a lot of research as living in Vegas its sometimes hard to listen to advice of others. I called a bunch of pediatric dentists and wasn't thrilled over the phone so didn't want to go any further. With that being said I called my Dr for another referral and he mentioned Little Smiles I called and from the first moment I spoke to the staff I felt very confident and comfortable. They answered all my (20+) questions over the phone and were very polite and professional. When we went in for treatment Dr Dahlke was very sweet and my daughter took to him immediately. He didn't ignore her he spoke to both of us but knelt down and spoke to her straight on (huge brownie points) He didn't not try to sell me on unnecessary treatment said what needed to be done and that was that. I feel he is a true diamond in the rough. Dr Dahlke was honest and obviously really cares about his patients. He told me step by step what he was doing and never needed to numb or sedate my lil girl. Now for kids who need a general anesthesia he offers that at a local hospital I'm very grateful that, that was not the case for us. Many kids are scared and I didn't want my daughter to have a bad experience or phobia. Dr Dahlke told us our options not knowing how she would react but said he would do anything to keep her safe and comfortable, and he kept his word. He even allowed me to sit with her so she could have the comfort knowing I was there, other Dr's only let you watch on a monitor. Overall I am beyond pleased with this office and with Dr.Dahlke He made me feel like he was working on his own child. His bedside manner is something that should be bottled and given to other Dr's in the Valley. LOL A+++ to everyone at Little Smiles You really made this a wonderful experience. 5 STARS!!!! Gina H
