  • Been here a few times with ok results. They see a ton of people so don't expect a personal experience. I went there with shoulder tendonitis and was told I need physical therapy. They referred me to their therapist but I said only if it was 'in network'. They said the therapist isn't but they would ring it up as a doctors visit so it would be cover. I said ok and paid the $20 copayment for the session. Now they're sending me bills for another $55 for the session. They did not ring it up as promised and are now threatening to send it to collections of I don't pay!! That being said, they lied saying there would be no extra charge and are now sending me bills. I've called with no help. Will call again tomorrow to try and get this sorted out. This kind of business I WILL report to the BBB if not solved.
