  • I bought a spa package, and chose them as the closest to my home. NEVER AGAIN! Constant upselling, even during treatments. VERY questionable hygenic practices in surroundings. Bed covers look like they're never cleaned; I think towels are just shaken out and reused. I was a little concerned, but chose to ignore, until they (inadvertently) left bright lights on when I was changing after treatment. EEEEEEKKKK! The door was absolutely filthy, where the employee had opened/closed the door. GROSS stains/dirt/cream, etc all over it!! If the doors are never wiped down, what does that say about other fixtures?? RUN as far and fast as you can!
