  • I'm not a local, but a friend that lives here referred me to Studio B. It's a bit of a drive from the Strip, but in my mind totally worth it. Studio B offers the same large selections as those more famous buffets in the large hotels on the strip. But, frankly in my humble opinion, Studio B offers a much better value. At $~38 for dinner that comes with unlimited wine/beer on the weekends is already a value. Throw in dishes that I think are better made and cooked, you've got a winner. Of course I haven't tried all the Vegas buffets, but Studio B so far is in the lead.
