  • I can't say enough good things about this company. We live in CA but have a rental house in Henderson which had a fire that did extensive damage. We needed a company that we could trust and who would give us piece of mind over long-distance. Our first contact was with Lanette over the phone. She explained the process, put us at ease and built our trust. Her customer service was amazing. After that, The Operations Manager Steve Hill kept us informed throughout the remediation process. He was on the ball and easy to communicate with. We just went out to look at their finished work and couldn't be more impressed. If I ever need services like this again, there is no question I'll use IRS. What a great company!
