  • First time here, not sure if I'll come back it's an "ify" at this point. I got hit with the "Contact Member fee." For a years supply. Which I wasn't 100% sure I was going to stick with. I was still debating on it . But now that I have purchased my contacts, I have no choice. They didn't have my prescription in trial contacts, which was a huge bummer. Then I felt the optometrist was in a hurry, when I asked for her which she felt was better benefit for my astigmatism, contacts or glasses. She felt it was a priority to get them both. Which didn't answer my question sadly. The staff was kind and attentive. But more focused on making the sale than helping me decide which option was better.. ------------------ For sure, I will NOT be returning. I came to get my contacts. I was expecting to at least get the basics to start off with. For instance, the contact solution, and the contact case. Not even that. I was just handed the boxes of contacts with no instructions or guidance. I didn't even get my trial lenses. Total bummer!
