  • The only reason why they get a 1 is because Mrs. Trish is AMAZING!!!! Literally the best!! However their front office has always been unprofessional and very rude to me. I'm having surgery that got moved up and they wouldn't put my account on hold to keep my make up sessions without charging my card for a term for weeks I wouldn't even be able to take my daughter to due to recovering from surgery. They offered no middle ground agreement and were extremely quick to terminate my membership and I lost 4 makeup sessions.
