  • 0 STARS! This place is such a disappointment. The management is unprofessional, rude, incompetent. I've lived here for four years, paid on time and never gave these apartments troubles. Two years ago I caught their maintenance guys breaking into my apartment while I was at work, once they came and I asked them why they opened my door so casually they said they had to drop off a flyer. I complained to the office and didn't even receive an apology. Nobody took responsibility for their employees, and gave me a justification. I decided to forget about it without proceeding with a lawsuit. My last month before moving out I was charged $40 extra for no apparent reason, I was told it was "a pro rated amount." If I moved in May 6 and I'm moving out April 30, what days do I owe? They hung up my calls multiple times when I was requesting an answer, the manager didn't even want to return my phone call. Once I went in person I told them they treated my husband and I unfairly they said they heard the opposite. SMH! I filed a complaint with their property management and the BBB. These apartments are beautiful inside and out but the staff makes it difficult to want to live here plus they're bathrooms build up mold very quickly. They charge $100 per day for being late on rent but then again they charge other people lower fees. They change their staff every six months so what one employee told you isn't accountable for. If you looking to rent don't waste your time with these apartments just rent a house.
