| - First of all, I have bought over 25 cars thus far in life and by far this was the best experience I have ever had (Findley Honda Of Henderson!) Really! No Pressure! No Scheming! No Deception! No lies! No going back and forth for hours! No ripping my head off! Just a wonderful experience by wonderful people! My Salesman was named Earl Huang and he is and was a true man of integrity and honesty! He listened to what I wanted and led me through the process of getting my New Honda Accord! I was in my car and driving within 2 hours! Really! When I took delivery of my vehicle, Earl spent a lot of time to explain everything about my accord! He programmed my phone into the system, helped me download the HondaLink app on my phone, showed me patiently every aspect of the Honda and how it worked! Now realize, Earl had already explained most of everything before on the lot, before our test drive. He explained that buying a car was a big decision, so ask any questions that you have and drive it for as long as you like until you're comfortable with how the accord drives and feels! Just a great salesman who cares about Findley's Customers! You might ask, what about payment and price! I got a great deal on my Accord that was more than fair! As I sat in the beautiful showroom and was asked repeatedly if I would like something to drink, I felt very respected and honored! Shortly after I had agreed to the price and terms of the sale, a wonderful woman from finance named Cathy Boyd came out to greet me. She was so professional, kind and straightforward, I was simply in shock! She congratulated me on my decision and said she would be back in 10 minuets to help me finalize the paperwork! Again, No Pressure, No Tactics! Just a very personable woman explaining a few opportunities that I could take advantage of if I so chose, and I did! All in all, I will only buy my future vehicles from Findley Honda of Henderson. Oh by the way I live 5 minutes from Another Honda Dealership, yet I drove 30 minutes to Henderson because of Earl and his advance product knowledge and honesty! All Honda dealerships sell great cars, period! Yet all Honda Dealers are not like Findley Honda Of Henderson! Findley stands alone from the rest- As the best, 10 out of 10. Do me a favor, call Earl if you are remotely interested in getting a new or used car, you won't be sorry! Matt Marcus
