  • I would give this place zero stars if I could. They do not care about providing good or decent medical care at all. I feel like I actually paid them money to make my condition worse. When the doctor or physician's assistant (R. Pena) walked into my room, he barely made eye contact and he didn't even introduce himself! He was the opposite of friendly and I only know his name because I checked the paperwork I was given on my way out. He spent less than 10 seconds to examine my condition and when I asked him one or two questions tops, he acted really annoyed and had his foot out the door. He clearly couldn't care less about his patients. And he also prescribed me the wrong medication that I ended up having a horrible allergic reaction to. After visiting this urgent care, I was forced to go to a completely different urgent care unrelated to this chain one week later because my condition had gotten so much worse. When I spoke to the doctor at the second (good) urgent care one week after going to Care Now, she had no idea why Care Now had prescribed me the medication they did because it had absolutely NOTHING to do with my condition. R. Pena absolutely did not take the proper time to diagnose me correctly and as a result he gave me the wrong medication and actually made my condition worse. The second doctor (at the other good urgent care NOT at Care Now) I went to was able to prescribe the correct medications and I started to get better immediately, thank goodness. If you value your health, please AVOID this Care Now urgent care at all costs!!!
