  • I hired Ice Cold Air after a terrible experience with another contractor. I had a AC company come out and replace my compressor. After about a week the unit went out again. After several more trips I was fed up and called Jeremy at Ice Cold on the recommendation of a friend. Jeremy came out and within about 30 minutes diagnosed that the other company had put the wrong (lower duty) compressor in and that I would have continual problems. After firing the original company, Ice Cold got the right part put in and the unit worked great and continuously. Next time I'll call Ice Cold Air first and get the job done right the first time. Since that incident, I've recommended them to several friends and colleagues and every time have been thanked for the referral by both the owner and the friend. These guys get it right the first time and do it with professionalism and courtesy. I can't recommend Ice Cold Air highly enough.
