  • Firefly is the type of place that fills my heart with warm fuzzies when I think about it. Each time I've visited Vegas, I've dined here, and it has always -- always -- been worth it. On my most recent visit, we made a reservation through Open Table, which worked out perfectly. Even on a Tuesday evening, the place was hopping. We were seated immediately and attended to by friendly staff. We split the red sangria and ordered an assortment of small plates, including the following: Firefly fries, mushroom tart, manchego mac 'n' cheese, fried calamari, and lamb chops. Per usual, everything was fantastic, especially the mushroom tart. We rounded out our meal with caramel flan and banana-Nutella sandwiches. If you try nothing else here, order. the. banana. nutella. sandwiches. So perfect. And entirely worth it. Overall, I would sing Firefly's praises to the highest heavens. If you're in Vegas, make sure to include it on your must-see list.
