  • I was putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for way too long. I realized that when I remembered I was referred to this location by my dentist Dr. Trinh back in 2016 haha. The pain would always come and go but after the last time I went through it I decided it was time to say good bye to my wisdom teeth. I got an updated referral from my dentist and was able to score a card for a complimentary consultation that expired on 1/31/2018. I called them on 1/25/2018, naive to the fact that I thought I would be able to get an appointment in before it expired. When I called they told me the first available appointment for a consultation was going to be 2/14/2018. I asked them if they would honor the complimentary consultation and the girl said she would have her manager call me back. I still scheduled the appointment. Two days later I got a voice mail saying they were going to honor it. The day of my consultation I walked into a large, very clean and beautiful lobby. I did my paperwork online before I went in and it saved a lot of time. I was called back right away for my x-ray and then seen by Dr. Krieger. He was extremely friendly, straight to the point, and informative about the process. It was a very short and sweet visit since I already knew what I wanted. After that I was seen by a lady that handled financials and insurance. She told me how much it was going to cost and booked my appointment for 2/26/18. I was handed a paper for pre op care, pretty simple, nothing to eat or drink past midnight. The day of my surgery I came in 10 minutes before my appointment at 10am, signed the waivers and paid my balance. I was called back at exactly 10am, the staff did not waste any time. I was put in a room in the back and hooked up to all of the monitors. The staff knew I was nervous but did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. Dr. Krieger came in and started to hook me up on the IV to perform my anesthesia. He gave me a dose to test and as soon as it hit me I said "that was fast" and I knocked out. When I woke up I was already being escorted to my sister's car at 10:50am. It was a very fast surgery! I was a little off yesterday from the anesthesia, but after I took a nap it wore off and I was up and about around the house. I couldn't feel my tongue or lips for a good while, which made it difficult to drink water. The pain was not as bad as I expected and the ibuprofen was enough for me to handle the pain. Later on in the evening it was a little more painful so I used the hydrocodone. Today is my 1 day post op and I feel good. The swelling is okay, not too bad (even tho I look like a chipmunk). I haven't been feeling so much pain so the ibuprofen has been good enough for me. The staff was amazing from my initial phone call to the day of my surgery. I'm glad I went with this referral! I would recommend to anybody.
