  • One star is too high for Fashion House Interior Design operated by Michelle Dunbar aka Michelle Ortiz. Contracted her for a home theatre in March 2014 and as of today (February 2016), it is still not completed. Four home theatre recliners are not functioning because she failed to provide electrical packs and wiring. She left our home saying she was going to order the electrical parts and we haven't heard from her again. Does not answer emails or phone calls. BTW, the address on Yelp is not her address. She has not lived there in 3 years. Fake address on all her sites. Gee, I wonder why. I was very nice to her too. When she would arrive 2 hours late for an appointment she would claim to be sick, to have headaches and not be feeling well. So of course, I provided OTC pain relievers, tea, coffee and sometimes lunch or dinner. I believed the hype and now I feel totally used and stupid. I think Karma will catch up to her. It always does. Don't do business with this person, lest you lose your money and your time. BTW, the measurements were always off and she sent "questionable" people to do work in my home who told me they had no idea what they were supposed to do or why they were here. Really scary people.
