  • Honestly, Don was the best person that worked here, but he was let go and I have no idea . I can back twice hoping someone else would be as great as him. He always took his time and tried to remember his clients. I saw 2 different ladies and they were rude, barely talked to me, and my nails would chip almost immediately. Also when I asked when I first came in if I can pay on the card since I usually would pay in cash, they didn't mention I would have to pay a fee. Totally fine paying it, not like it is going to break the bank, but a little warning or a courtesy before I started would've been great. Awful customer service. I understand you pay what you get, and yes they are pretty cheap ($20 pedicure) but I would gladly go pay $5 extra elsewhere to be treated kinder during my pedicure.
