Stay Away!!! If I could give this a negative star rating I would. We landed in Las Vegas on 2/15/09 from Sacramento. I booked a package on LasVegas.com that gave me the option of adding ground transportation for $12 each. We were told that the bus was loading so we headed over and gave our bags to the driver and got on the bus. We were staying at the Planet Hollywood and were first off. Thats when the HELL started. The moron of a driver didnt load my girlfriends bag. He had me look through the back of the bus for it to no avail. He said repeatedly that it must have been stolen from the curb when he was loading the bus. My gf stared to cry, I told her to go into the lobby to sit down and relax. The driver(Bob) offered no apology, instead told me to ride back with him to fill out a police report. I had no choice but to comply. Once back on the bus I instructed him to call the company and see if the bag was still on the curb. He reluctanly complied, and sure enough he left it on the curb. I rode for two plus hours while he dropped off the remaining passengers and picked up new ones on his way back to the airport. Still not a single apology for losing the bag or sending my gf into a break down over her belongings (i.e. jewelry, clothes, and the ever important make up). Bob told me to hop off the bus, collect my bag, and to ask the curbside guy if I should get back on his bus or find out if there is a bus taking off sooner. I almost lost it with him and told him to call the guy because I didnt work there and I didnt lose the bag. I did instruct him that I would not be riding anywhere else with him ever again, even if that meant taking a cab. Luckily for me another driver made a special trip to my hotel just for me.
I thought it couldnt get worse, but what do I know. I called the day before my outgoing flight to set up a time to be picked up as well as compain about the lack of professionalism from Bob the driver. The 800 number given on my receipt to make a reservation was disconnected as well as the 702 number on the business card given to me by the second driver. I contacted my airline and they couldnt get ahold of the company either. I was told to take a cab to the airport and get a receipt to be reimbursed by the airline. I went to the Gray Line booth before I flew out and the woman at the window said that she was aware of the phone problem but offered little more, still no apology. She gave me a form to fill out and mail in for a refund. Im still waiting for a response from the company. I cannot stress enough. STAY AWAY!!!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!
