Interesting response to my review Stephanie. Sorry for your personal challenges and thank you for including a list of excuses. As I stated in my review, the convenient day for me to have someone come out was August 20th. Your scheduler suggested August 13th and I accepted. It was, as you stated, very unfortunate that you had an emergency 40 minutes before our appointment. I appreciate your comments about the phone call that morning, but they are entirely inaccurate, as I told Raj I would get back with him if I was interested in using his services, and I was very open and honest about my disappointment and intentions.
Please do not try and twist your unfortunate event, along with the poor service into something it is not. I am sure your business will survive without my wife and I purchasing from your company. Ben at Nu-Turf has been very accommodating and his reviews for his customer service are fantastic. As I stated, I am even paying a little more.
I had a very productive conversation with Raj about the issue about 10 days ago and felt we separated with good intentions for each other.
I do not appreciate your comments and your intent to mislead any readers here, as my review was very honest and accurate, but I do bid you well for your future personal and business endeavors.
