  • Just wanted to mention how grateful I am to finally have a beautiful off-leash dog area in Earl Bales Park. We've already been twice since it opened (going to make it a daily thing!) and we are just ecstatic. Our puppy now has a place to use up some of his endless energy. The fencing is secure, the space is gigantic and the figure-8 shape of the park allows for some dogs to remain more secluded if desired. The double gate also keeps the dogs in the fence as people come and go, making it safe. While some of Earl Bales is more secluded, this space is wide open and I feel totally safe walking there alone.
