  • This place gets great music here and there are many famous musicians that have played here at this "legendary blues club". It is great to see pictures of all of the famous people that have played here. The issue that the Double Door Inn has is room. Now if you are at the DDI and there is a light crowd it's great, but if they pack out the house, it can be a little much to deal with. There are not to many places to see the music if it is real packed and you want a little space and it is quite a chore to get from one side to the other. There is a nice patio and the crowd is normally a pleasure to be around. I also think the staff is pretty good. I never think of this place as having food but I have ordered a sandwich there before. I am not sure if they still do that. I do not normally see people eating there. The sandwich was not bad but I would probably go for something else before I got there if I had the choice.
