  • This is a store that is a great example of how customer service should be. I was greeted when I entered the door & acknowledged by every employee that saw me. Everyone was friendly and offered great advise. On a previous visit I had the pleasure of interacting with a guy that was so knowledgable about fish & aquariums. He is an asset to your store. Today I was buying stuff for my dog & once again, I enjoyed the interaction I had with the girls that were working there. I work by Pet Co, but I will go out of my way to go to Pet Smart. It is a great store!!
