| - We had a 35 unit building in Phoenix and we were down to 2 different companies based on our interview process, of whom to hire as a property manager.
We got suckered in Dave, the owner of Chamberlin, who did a great job of selling his company.
What we was unable to do, however, was to deliver reliable, honest property management. He like to blame his staff turnover, and our building, not his own company.
The final straw was the accounting fiasco, in which we discovered, during an audit, that they were billing us for "uniforms", among other things.
As an investor and property owner I would run away from ever using this company. Just awful.
