  • This is only getting 4 stars due to Britnie that works there at Lenscrafter. She help me from beginning to end and was fun , personable and genuine . She help my purchases go as smoothly as possible . When I came back to pick up my glasses and sunglasses after the two hour mark a Jerry was helping me and instead of finishing my transaction and making sure I was FULLY taken care of (I was doing a same day return to put the purchase on my credit card instead) he left me and NEVER once came back to check on me or to go above and beyond to make sure I was good to go . It was Britnie once again that came back went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that meant a lot to me. Thank you again Britnie!
