  • Our condenser pan in our attic had a crack in it and had apparently been leaking for quite sometime, because we didn't realize it until the ceiling literally starting falling, this was in July. Innovative Air was called by the gentleman who came to look at the ceiling. Robert came out the next day and gave us an estimate but told us he would have to order the part. Two weeks pass and my husband calls him. Robert told my husband that he wasn't in the shop, but he would check on the part when he got back to the shop. More time passes, and yes we were busy and didn't stay on top of it like we could have. At the beginning of September I call Robert's number and just left a voicemail, that has still never been returned. Think twice about using this company! We have since contacted another company and within FIVE days, even after having to order the part, our leak is fixed and the A/C is working properly again.
