  • After our horrific experience with Avon Pet Lodge we were encouraged to contact BBB asking for a refund (although it's not about the $, it's about the inhumane treatment of our dogs). Steve, the owner of Avon Pet Lodge told the BBB he would issue us a refund via check, we never received a check, he then claimed he would send a check certified mail, again we never received a check. Please do NOT take your pets to this kennel, just so inhumane to not feed an animal and give them their medicine. I still get upset to think our dogs were exposed to such treatment and that we paid someone to do this to them.
