I've never been to a worse hotel in my life. The rooms smelled, the technological equipment didn't work, the bed sheets were filthy, and the staff were just in their own world. I had spent less than 3 minutes in the hotel when I realized that Holiday Inns have taken a turn for the worse in providing quality service. Now if how I find the place at arrival wasn't bad enough, the morning certainly did not help things. To be rushed when you are trying to check out is the doom of a hotel. Most hotels learned long ago not to rush a customer checking out. This one went out of its way to do so. Getting call after call asking when me and my family would be out of there was just infuriating. They couldn't have made my stay any worse.
