Wish I could give zero stars. Was greeted and sat down by sales/finance manager Deborah Sims and I told her we were shopping vans to replace our F150 Platinum and wanted to look at the top of the line Sienna. She kept trying to make us look at lower model because the top of the line ones were too expensive....
Finally she took us out to see a Sienna in the lot in the 115 degree heat, she didn't bring the key, she wanted us to see the car first, then she took 27 minutes(yes we timed it) to bring a key while we waited in the heat.
We were so uncomfortable and frustrated by waiting in the heat that we decided to leave, Deborah then had the gall to say "I can't believe I'm going to lose a sale due to the heat"... No, you lost a sale because you are rude, and you don't care about your customers.
Ended up at Sanderson Ford where they had amazing sales people who let us wait inside while they pulled the vehicles into the shade and let the ac cool the car down before we got in to check it out.
But, comparing vehicles, our old 2010 f150 platinum was still light years ahead of the newest and best Toyota Siennas. Little things like a/c seats and the number of outlets and the comfortable cabin are keeping us a ford family
