  • I moved to Phoenix from a small town in Colorado where I had THE best, kindest, caring and inexpensive vet ever. I pretty much gave up hope of finding any place that even comes close. My dog was ill and I also found a giant lump on his side ...but I couldnt leave work and couldnt afford an emergency fee. I called and they asked If I could atleast drop him there for the day. Before they did any procedures, they texted me with options (prices and all) NO surprises. One list had what they felt was very important and the other was optional and not as urgent for diagnosis. When I told them I couldnt afford the less urgent, they didnt make me feel like a horrible dog mom. They were very compassionate and loving to my dog who has anxiety when im not around and HATES vets/grooming offices. I went to pick him up and everyone knew his name and they gave me options for a health plan. I felt like finally someone cared about his health and not just money. They put me at ease, helped him feel better, and I will never take him anywhere else again. This is a great place and they will not try to bankrupt you for loving your pet.
