  • ***ID PREFER TO GIVE THEM NO STARS**** DO NOT EVER I mean EVER waste your time renting for this POS company. Worst company EVER! Enterprise would never put you through BS. They claim the insurance company only authorized a certain amount of days but I called the insurance company they said it was authorized for the exact days I had it. I called the customer service billing dept. and they are the dumbest of all. They cant do anything for anyone. Don't ask for a supervisor, they're all idiots. How do you bill a customer when the insurance authorized? MF dumb ass company. I wouldn't be surprised if this POS company went out of business soon. FOR ANYONE RENTING PLEASE GO TO ENTERPRISE!!!!! do not waste any time or money on a POS company like HERTZ!!!!!! Worst experience EVER! They will NEVER I repeat NEVER get my business again. Looks like the other reviews speak volumes as well. Sincerely, A pissed off customer you will never get back.
