  • My mother has tried to return a pair of shoes purchased a this location. She has been a customer for 10 years. They know that she bought the shoes here and they are faulty. They are refusing to exchange her faulty unworn shoes for new ones. She is 67 years old and deserves to be treated like a real customer. I find this offensive and hurtful. She is very upset with this treatment. She doesn't have a receipt but the fact is the shoes are faulty. Companies that want to retain customers should spend more time thinking about them than the bottom line. WIll never go here again and will tell everyone I meet about how my mother was treated by these people. Very disappointed.
