  • Never fly AMERICAN AIRLINES. "Like to change one leg of your flight, well sir that will be $200 more." "Oh, you have the insurance we offer, but don't sell it ourselves on our website, it's through another company (Allianz)," even though you took my credit card. "you'll have to contact them directly, I can give you their number." Other company, "Sorry that do not cover it." Why would they direct me to their insurance (fraud) company? Even though every other airlines I've flown this year allows you to change a flight, easily and happily, American Chooses to ream its customers. NEVER fly AMERICAN Airlines again.
